Natalia Rialucky Marsudi, Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Fairatmos, is a seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in strategic management and impact investing. Driven by her passion to combat global climate change, she started Fairatmos in 2022, a new generation technology driven high-integrity carbon project developer.

Natalia's career has been marked by significant roles at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR&Co.L.P) and series of tech start-ups in Indonesia.

With her robust background, including the 10+ years’ experience in Boston Consulting Group as the Project Leader in Southeast Asia in BCG and past record work together with partners such as WWF. Natalia brings extensive expertise in sustainability, smallholder community management, and technology, particularly in remote sensing and analytics. Notably, in BCG she has advised and led digital transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 companies and State-Owned Enterprises across various sectors, including sustainability, financial services, telecommunications, and industrial goods.

Currently, Natalia actively engages with various organizations, including becoming the Deputy Chair of ASEAN Alliance on Carbon Market, Indonesia Chamber of Commerce (KADIN) Sustainability Group, Women Mentorship Network, Angel Investment Network Indonesia, YPO Sustainability Indonesia, where she serves as a trusted expert advisor on startups and sustainability issues.

Natalia holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Indonesia majoring in social and political sciences, and an MBA from INSEAD. Additionally, she has completed short programs at CEIBS and UC Berkeley.
