Based in Jakarta, Enda is responsible for the creation and delivery of renewable energy projects in Indonesia. Prior to joining Gurīn, Enda was a country manager for a renewable energy company leading the country’s first exposure to large-scale green hydrogen and green ammonia production and domestic use.

From 2001 until 2021, Enda worked in the public sector in several government agencies including the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Indonesia between 2015 and 2019. During this time, Enda authored and led the work in reforming government policies and business process adjustments. Among them include sustainable financing, improvements in education spending, energy transition and community-driven development.

Enda also served in the World Bank from 2010 until 2015 focusing on Public Sector and Public Financial Management (PFM) reforms. Enda has authored several books on PFM reforms, and the country’s attempt to reduce marine debris. Enda holds a Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance and Management from the University of Bristol, UK.
